"Big improvement in job satisfaction"
"I think we were all performing like Jack of all Trades, trying to master in all areas - but not really meeting the mark in some areas. Now that we know each other's geniuses, we can delegate tasks or ask for help in areas that we feel like we are struggling or maybe feel less inspired to do. Now we can focus on the tasks that are allowing us to be more productive and feel more satisfied in our work, and have help where we need it."
"Discovered where there are holes in our team and learned how to fill them "
"Learning that we were missing a key player (galvanizing) which would aid our leadership team dynamic and achieving our goals. I learned that I am someone whom does not necessarily excel in areas that I thought maybe I should and that we should give ourselves more appreciation for what we do excel in (our genius)."
"We have already reframed our team structure"
"Through the workshop we came to realize that our meetings lack an identity or purpose. Since discovering this, we have shortened the meetings and made them more engaging and fun. In the New Year we intend to take the information we gained from the workshop to create our goals for the year"
The approximate allotted time for the workshop is between 5-5.5 hours which included breaks and possible meal time.
